🟦 What is Metro Mitra?
Metro Mitra is a unified metro booking platform designed to simplify urban travel. Instead of juggling multiple apps for different cities, users can book metro tickets across India through one seamless experience. The project was designed as part of our final-year project, where I took the lead in creating the complete design and later turned it into a detailed case study.

Today, metro systems in India operate independently, often requiring city-specific apps or manual ticketing. This creates confusion for travelers moving across cities. Metro Mitra was born to solve this problem by bringing all metro ticketing under one platform, while also addressing common commuter pain points like last-mile travel, safety, and engagement.
